Our Beginnings

2001

In 2001, our founder, Alvin, started a cell phone shop in Toronto. As the business grew, he became increasingly frustrated with the limitations of existing POS and repair tracking systems. The biggest challenge? IMEI and serial number tracking. Existing POS systems simply couldn't handle the complexities of managing thousands of unique devices. Realizing that a proper solution didn't exist, Alvin decided to create one himself. He envisioned an integrated system that would manage sales, IMEI tracking, inventory and repair ticketing.

2011

In 2011, hired the first software developer.

2013

The first version of the software was launched

2014

CellStore Software was officially launched
